Return Policy

 

Our Return Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement and reflected fully on our website under “30 Day Returns with 15% restocking fee.”. All returns must be accompanied by the original documents sent to the customer. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Customers have a 30 day money back guarantee if the item is not appraised for the purchase price or more by an independent certified gemologist (not a jewelry store) Once a customer submits payment to initiate a custom design to be drafted, the design charge is not returnable. Custom jewelry items will not be cast and manufactured until the customer approves the drawings in writing or via email. Once the customer approves the drawings, the custom item is not eligible for return or replacement. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned. All engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that

(1) any credit information you supply is true and complete,

(2) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and

(3) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

It is up to the sole discretion of Popular Diamonds Inc. to determine if a defect is due to a manufacturing fault. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when sending products to us for inspection
